Milwkee Ave. brgs 41 affordable hog uns and 47 Chigo Hog Authory project-based uns to a hot stretch of Milwkee Avenue that has attracted several luxury apartment buildgs recent years.</p><p>The 88 apartments clu a mix of studs, one-bedroom and two-bedroom uns.</p><p>“It’s bee so expensive to live the area,” said veloper Richard Gonzalez wh Metropolan Hog Development Corp. “We’re so happy we’re able to provi qualy hog at a very affordable price.”</p><p>The plex is named honor of Pennycuff, a longtime Logan Square LGBTQ rights and affordable hog activist who died 2012. [Provid]</figptn></figure><p>Robert Castillo, Pennycuff’s hband and an activist his own right, <a target="_blank" href=" rel="noreferrer noopener">has said the project is a “sperately need rource”</a> the gentrifyg neighborhood.</p><p>“One of the quiet secrets is there has been a thrivg LGBTQ muny Logan Square,” <a rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank" href=">Castillo said 2016.</a></p><p>“I like to ll Logan Square a quilt. The gay parts of the quilt are there. They may not stand out, but you know they’re there. A lot of have quietly tegrated to the neighborhood.
