Of those that jumped on the opportuny to perform on stage or create stage time startg wh the fall of 2020, Gay said “when everythg else is slow, and someone else is phg forward, they’re gonna move a lot faster”.
Gay’s hope for the scene is that “hopefully we n create a culture this scene, you know, the people that are , where ’s like, let’s all w. What’s on the horizon for Gay? You n almost hear a tge of sadns as Gay reveals that – like many others who release albums – the release will mean the retirement of the jok that have seen him through tim both good and the bad of his standup edy reer.
