Undoubtedly the s of homosexualy is one of the worst ss; ed, is one of the major ss (kabaa’ir) that Allaah has forbidn. Ibn al-Qasaar and our shaykh said: the Sahaabah agreed that [the person who do homosexual acts] should be killed, but they differed as to how he should be killed. This shows that there was nsens among them that [the person who do homosexual acts] should be killed, but they differed as to how he should be executed.
