Incince rat were higher among patients reportg >5 partners the prev six months, nsistent ndom e, or havg a partner livg wh HIV and who had a prev or ncurrent diagnosis of rectal gonorrhea or rectal chlamydia. gbMSM prentg wh two STIs such as rectal gonorrhea and syphilis (3.59/100 person-years [95%CI: 2.33–5.22]) or rectal chlamydia and syphilis (3.01/100 person-years [95%CI: 2.00–4.29]) had the hight cince rat. Concln gbMSM wh precedg or ncurrent rectal STI diagnos or syphilis had higher rat of HIV seronversn. The data support the cln of specific STI diagnos as an ditn for PrEP.
