The player n make their character straight, bisexual or gay.
If a character wh gay tennci choos to say they're straight, the profile will still say "In the closet".
Sexualy also fluenc the genr of hook-ups and love terts (if you're straight, their genr will be different than yours, if you're gay their genr will be the same as yours and if you're bisexual people of both genrs n show up).

(On an unrelated note) If you start off as gay, for example, and you swch your inty to "Transgenr", your sexual orientatn will tomatilly turn straight.
However, there is currently a bug which after surgery, your character will bee attracted to the oppose genr of what they origally were if straight, gay or lbian. The optns available -game are straight, bisexual, and gay ("gay" as an umbrella term for homosexualy, no matter your genr, as shows up as "gay" eher way stead of "lbian" if you are female).
