One thg that I rpect about this film was that batted the notn that all gay relatnships films revolve around “forms of sanctned and unsanctned homophobia” (Halberstam, 19). In Betiful Somethg, there were no trac of homophobia- was all purely based upon the experienc of the characters, on an ternal and personal level. However, as prevly stated, the film was very sex-driven, and pats the dience a picture of the gay muny’s sexual motif.
