Goo Goo Muck was a novelty h by Ronnie Cook and The Gaylads, released 1962 on the Audan Rerd Company, a small label based Bakersfield, Cook was a Bakersfield native and R’nB sger who onted a band lled The Diamonds, and had released a sgle, Do’ Time (1961), on Lew Bell’s Dore label. Ed Jam left shortly after their first album but returned for their fal release, Harpers Bizarre 4, which also featured Ry Coor on Gaylads were a Bakersfield rock 'n roll band wh Lat fluenc.
