“This fendant targeted nocent victims for vlent crim simply bee he believed they were gay, ” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Jtice Department’s Civil Rights Divisn said the statement. Jenks admted, acrdg to prosecutors, that he and others “lured multiple victims” to an apartment plex, poted a handgun at them, robbed them of their belonggs and asslted them, jurg one of Jenks told vtigators that members of his group ed gay slurs and tnted the victims and that one member attempted to sexually asslt one of the victims, the Department of Jtice said.
