Thomas Gayer Gayer-Anrson (1881-1960), illtrator, and Robert Grenville Gayer-Anrson (1881-1945), major, Egyptian admistrator, and thor, were tw brothers. Gayer-Anrson 1960.

Much of his llectn was to rema the refully rtored rooms of the Gayer-Anrson Pasha Mm of Oriental Arts and Crafts when, 1942, he returned to live permanently Lavenham, and the mm n still be vised today.
