23, 24 Participants were enrolled om three urban centers/clics servg primarily lbian, gay, bisexual, transgenr, queer (LGBTQ) and other sexual mory populatns, specifilly a muny center Chigo, Illois, a sexually transmted disease (STD) clic and a muny ttg se Seattle, Washgton, and an LGBTQ clic Los Angel, California. Participants were eligible if they met the followg three creria at time of enrollment: (1) aged 18–26 years; (2) assigned male sex at birth, regardls of current genr inty or exprsn; and (3) ever havg oral or anal sex wh a male partner, currently intifyg as gay or bisexual, and/or tendg to have sex wh a male partner the future. 4 (SAS Instute, Cary, NC) 1881 young gay, bisexual, and other MSM and young transgenr women study participants, 1416 were clud this analysis (Table 1) and 456 were exclud (226 did not rpond to a qutn about HPV vaccatn, 168 were unsure if they had been vaccated, 52 did not report an age at first dose, and 19 reported an eligible age at first dose).
