In 2014, we created the Gay Lea Foundatn, our own registered chary dited to supportg tn, poverty relief, -operative velopment and muny well-beg projects the muni where our members and employe live, work and play – and velopg untri around the world.

The Gay Lea Foundatn is pleased to announce seven new charable donatns, brgg the total number of grants award by Gay Lea Foods’ charable anizatn 2020 to 23. “A lot has changed Canada and around the world recent weeks and although the applitns reviewed by our Foundatn board this April were submted before COVID-19 took s hold on the world, the need they reprent still exists – if not even more so, ” says newly elected Foundatn Chair, Ja Rgelberg, who is a legate member of Gay Lea Foods Co-operative Ltd.
GAY LEA FOUNDATN ANNOUNC SEVEN NEW CHARABLE GRANTS
The Gay Lea Foundatn was created 2014 to support tn, poverty relief, -operative velopment and muny well-beg projects Canada and around the world. Read on to learn about the seven latt projects supported by the Foundatn and how Gay Lea Foods, s employe and s farmer members ntue to foster growth, cultivate opportuny and provi hope and promise for fai around the world.
Gay Lea Foundatn grant: $25, 000 to update the succsful five-year-old program, facilate program livery durg the upg 20120/2021 school year, and expand the program beyond Guelph, Ontar and to surroundg muni. Gay Lea Foundatn grant: $5, 000 to fund the purchase of food ems, gifts, and gift rds to support 20 impoverished hoeholds, 55 children need and senrs two lol nursg hom.
Gay Lea Foundatn grant: $5, 000 to offset the st of suppli and expens for the program. Gay Lea Foundatn grant: $9, 613 to purchase the reigerated rgo box, which will be stalled by a lol mechanic, ee of charge, one of the Missn’s rgo vans.
