The lawsu, filed by Stephen DeNno and Theodore J Fabrizz, Jr, claims the two firefighters’ relig and ee speech rights were vlated when they were orred by then-chief Jam F Rattigan to drive a fire tck the 2001 gay pri para. He said: “How uld I say to the Gay Pri Commtee, ‘Oh, you n’t have a fire tck, but the Purim people on the East Si, they n have one, and if the Columb Day people want one, they n have one’.
