The event seri, part of the Natnal Endowment for the Arts’ Big Read program and orchtrated by CWU Librari, will feature two talks by Gay and will draw on Ellensburg’s abundant nnectns to s natural surroundgs. Catalog of Unabashed Gratu explor the joys, sorrows, and blsgs of life om Gay’s perspective as a poet, muny anizer, avid garner, and foundg board member of the Bloomgton Communy Orchard. Two of the events—“Strangers Maybe Never Aga: Knowg and Wrg Wilson Creek” and “Strangers Maybe Never Aga: Wrg Os To Urban Wilds”—are led by naturalists om the Ktas Environmental Edutn Network (KEEN), as well as wrer and poet WLS (the pen name of Wendy Lee Spaček), who studied wh Gay at Indiana Universy.
