I give and bequeath to my son Allen Gay one hundred and forty acr of Land beg the Land adjog Wilson Denson on the Cyprs Creek to him and his heirs forever. (d) My will and sire is also that my son Allen Gay may have my Negro Boy Jimmy to him and his heirs forever.

On December 14, 1760, Isle of Wight, Thomas Gay orphan of Thomas Gay, ceased, chose Robert Babb as his guardian. An acunt of the profs and disbursements of the tate of John and Fereby Gay were beg returned as late as Augt 7, 1766, showg that they were still unr age.

Of same place 200 acr "beg part of said Gay's patent November 17, oseph Sik, Jam Burn.
