Earlier this year, I hantly signed up to attend the Internatnal Gay Coach Conference.

The nference was beg hosted at Easton Mounta by The Gay Coach Alliance.

Easton Mounta was scribed as, “a muny, retreat center, and sanctuary created by gay men as a gift to the world. This would be my first time visg a retreat center, let alone one for gay men on the oppose si of the untry. I was credibly nervo to spend four days ral New York wh 35 fellow gay men, wh limed cellphone signal, and no Starbucks.

From the openg rual of “claimg our space at the firi, ” to a live performance by gay untry mic sger Brian Falduto and his band, I nstantly felt a sense of belongg and eedom at Easton Mounta. I veloped meangful relatnships wh gay men who unndnally loved and accepted me.

The center’s executive director, Harry Faddis, proclaimed that there is a gay agenda, and the gay agenda is “to change the world. The retreat also showed me how much I craved muny, and not jt any muny, but one posed of gay men wh siar backgrounds and lived experienc. Up until this retreat, I had never realized the lack of gay men my life, and upon arrivg back Santa Barbara, I found myself longg for more muny.
