Lipka, who is 34 years old, said he grew up gog to some of Fort Park’s now-closed gay bars, like The Nutbh on Harlem Avenue, and had always wanted to open one of his own. Lipka said Oak Park and Berwyn, along wh Evanston, have some of the largt gay populatns the Chigo area.
