Milan, November 30, 2015 - Digal Magics SpA, bs cubator listed on AIM Italia of the Italian Stock Exchange (symbol: DM), today signed a strategic agreement for the entry of Mar Gay, through s subsidiary Webworkg Srl, as a Board Member wh a major operatnal volvement. Wh Digal Magics, Mar Gay will ntribute to the strengtheng of the cubator learship, givg further impet to the projects crafted by the most important natnal platform of novatn for DIGITAL MADE ITALY, which along wh Talent Garn and Tamburi Invtment Partners aims to velop more than 100 startups the next two years, through the openg of 50 new -workg mp, and to promote the entry of new vtors.

In particular, Mar Gay will follow the velopment of the programs for Open Innovatn. Mar Gay - who will be proposed as a new Board member the upg Digal Magics Shareholrs' meetg - now jos the team of Digal Magics posed of: Alberto Fravanti, Gabriele Ronchi, Layla Pavone, Alsandro Malart Lu Giaetti, Gabriele Grta, Stefano Miari, Michele Novelli, Edmondo Sparano, Gennaro Tone and Antonello Carlucci.
