A few years later, Gaddis and her hband bought the 900-acre property that's now Double Heart Ranch; now she spls her time between the ranch and At. "Ranchg and farmg--'s not a big money-maker anymore," she adms. The property breaks even (or turns a small prof) thanks to hay and livtock sal. "This isn't a cy boy's weekend playground," she says.
