He is also charged wh nspiracy to m of the state's key wns durg the trial was Cory Bent, who ttified beg at Stewart's apartment wh Gay at the time of the attack, which occurred at 11 Worster St. Bent said earlier that day, he and Gay agreed to rob Stewart, and beat him up, after Stewart kissed Bent's girliend.

”Stewart’s grandmother Joan Gagnon said that murrg Stewart, Gay had taken away a son, a brother, and a grandson. “Ryan is now gone and you’re here, ” Joan said to Gay. “I wish never happened, I wish Ryan uld be wh his fay aga, ” said Gay.
