The Natnal Gay Pilots Associatn, the worldwi LGBTQ+ aviatn muny, was tablished 1990 primarily as a social anizatn. June is a by month for the anizatn bee is Pri Month, marked by paras and other celebratns held around the world to regnize the impact that lbian, gay, bisexual, and transgenr dividuals have had on history. It is celebrated June to memorate the 1969 Stonewall Uprisg Manhattan, New York, which was a turng pot for the Gay Liberatn Movement the Uned Stat.
