“He’s our bullet board and he plays the songs of the queer artists … the Indigo Girls, Melissa Etheridge, gay men’s a ppella groups, ” Placer said. “He’s one of the unsung hero of Hartford gay life.
“I would flatter myself if I nsired myself to be the gay Studs Terkel, ” Brown said, referrg to the legendary wrer and broadster who foced his s-long reer on the liv of average people. Gay Spir Rad was found by Rob Meehan. It was an hour long and featured Meehan terviewg members of “Gay AA, ” an Alholics Anonymo group of LGBTQ men.
