The pany followed that renovatn wh a larger one, a $20 ln nversn of the former Cizens Bank buildg, at the rner of North High and Gay streets, to apartments and what might be the most luxur bar Columb.
Immediately to the north, the pany filled the empty block on the northwt rner of Gay and High streets wh The Nicholas, an $80 ln buildg that clus 230 apartments, 393 parkg spac and 20, 000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

"Now, Edwards is about to tackle a third rner of Gay and High — the former Madison's Department Store and Whe-Ha buildgs, which for years have been High Street's biggt eyor. In a $60 ln project, Edwards plans to revelop the three existg buildgs to mercial space and apartments, while addg a new buildg that would clu parkg and possibly a hotel to the north, on High the renovated buildgs, Edwards envisns expandg the funky mercial strip of Pearl Alley north of Gay the northeast rner of Gay and High, Edwards has leased the ground floor and mezzane of a buildg for a French bistro lled Gran Rue that would extend outdoor seatg onto the siwalks.
