Lady Gay was ially requisned by the Royal Navy unr at charter party arrangement for £6/month before she was fally acquired by the Navy 1942 as a Tham and astal patrol boat.

The current owners of Lady Gay, who gave their nam as Jason and Christe, are "absolutely vastated" by the loss, acrdg to the Associatn of Dunkirk Ltle Ships (ADLS).
Ian Gilbert, veterans cise aniser for ADLS, said: "Jason and Christe are absolutely vastated to lose Lady Gay. Lady Gay, like all Dunkirk Ltle Ships is absolutely unique.
