John Gay Newton Alleyne (18 Febary 1787-1800; died at school, Eton College); Mary Spir Alleyne (21 May 1788-10 June 1862); Sir Reynold Abel Alleyne (10 June 1789-14 Febary 1870). Married Rebec Olton, 20 September 1810; Jane Gay Alleyne (11 November 1790-23 November 1836; died Clevedon, Somerset); Rebec Brahwae Alleyne (18 November 1792-13 March 1846; married Dr John William Bovell, St Jam Church, Barbados, 20 November 1810.

His son was Sir John Gay Alleyne.
Two sons (John Gay Newton and Reynold Abel) and five dghters (Mary, Jane Gay, Rebec, Christian Dott and Abel). The elst boy, John Gay Newton Alleyne, died 1800 at Eton College, England at the age of 13 years. SIR JOHN GAY ALLEYNE (1724-1801)
Sir John Gay Alleyne was born on April 28, 1724 St Jam Barbados. Their only son John Gay (Jr) was born 1747 but died young.
Mt Gilboa was later renamed Mount Gay Sir John’s honour (there was already a Mount Alleyne). Gay is where the famo m distillery is loted.
